Re-live the glory days!

Since 2001, we have been doing a "blog" style daily update for our adoring (!) public in one form or another.

The early days

Initially, our updates were limited to emails with a few low resolution pictures attached, sent patiently at night over a mobile phone with a 9600bps data connection or an expensive hotel phone line....

 

Along came wiffeee!

As the Internet revolution took hold, more often than not, a Wifi Connection could be found, and we were able to go up market and do a full on blog with multiple images.

Occasionally though, we could still be found hanging out of a window or sat down in reception, desperately trying to get a decent signal.

 

High speed connections all the way...

By 2010, every hotel room we visited along the way had good Wifi signal at reasonable cost (sometimes even free!), so no more struggling - just hours of updating as you, the public, demanded more and more content!
